Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jamiefeinsteindesign.com and purchases from Jamie Feinstein Jewelry Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, to place an order.

Purchasers of pocket knives or other age-restricted products must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the product in their location. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws.

Products must not be purchased or used for any unlawful purpose.

Handmade Products

Jamie Feinstein Jewelry Design specializes in individually fabricated, limited-production, customized, and one-of-a-kind objects.

Because these products are made and finished by hand, minor variations in dimensions, texture, hammering, engraving, finish, patina, stone appearance, and other details are expected. These variations are evidence of the hand-fabrication process and are not considered defects.

Product measurements and weights are approximate. We make reasonable efforts to represent colors and finishes accurately, but their appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Natural gemstones may contain variations in color, clarity, cut, inclusions, and surface characteristics. Lab-grown gemstones and other materials will be identified in the applicable product description.

One-of-a-Kind and Limited-Production Items

A one-of-a-kind item is the exact piece shown unless the product description states otherwise. Once sold, that particular piece may no longer be available.

Some designs may later inspire related or reproduced pieces, but differences in stones, fabrication, proportions, finishes, and handwork may make each piece distinct.

Limited-production items are produced in small quantities and may be discontinued or changed without notice.

Inventory and Backorders

Inventory quantities are subject to change. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Items marked as in stock generally ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. Items available on backorder are made to order and typically ship within approximately two to three weeks unless otherwise stated.

Production and shipping dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Orders must be paid using an available checkout method. Payment options may include PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

Order Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may contact you to clarify product selections, sizing, personalization, shipping information, suspected fraud, or other order details.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an inability to complete the requested work. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

Customization, Personalization, and Custom Work

Customization, engraving, stone selection, resizing, and other modifications may require prior approval and additional charges.

Please contact us before ordering when a product description directs you to do so. Design, placement, size, technical limitations, timing, and price must be agreed upon before customized work begins.

Customized or personalized products may not be returnable except when defective or otherwise required by law. Additional terms may be provided for commissioned or highly customized work.

When a separate written estimate, invoice, or custom-work agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project.

Ring Sizing and Fit

Ring sizes should be confirmed carefully before ordering. Fit may vary according to band width, design, finger shape, temperature, and other factors.

Not every ring can be resized, and the possible resizing range depends on the design, stones, materials, and construction. Please contact us before ordering if sizing availability or fit is uncertain.

Additional resizing requested after an order has been completed may involve additional charges and shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and ship through the website only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout. Expedited shipping refers to the carrier’s transportation service after an order is completed; it does not shorten fabrication, customization, resizing, or backorder production time unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, security screening, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some shipments may require insurance, a signature, or other delivery confirmation.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility may depend on whether an item is in-stock, made to order, customized, personalized, resized, altered, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product Care and Wear

Jewelry and metal objects naturally change with use. Scratches, patina, oxidation, finish changes, and ordinary wear are not necessarily defects.

Care recommendations may vary by product, metal, gemstone, and finish. Follow the care instructions provided in the product description and contact us before using abrasives, chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or other cleaning methods if you are uncertain.

Jewelry should be inspected periodically for wear, loose stones, damaged clasps, or other concerns.

Pocket-Knife Products

Pocket-knife products begin with genuine commercially manufactured knives and are independently modified by Jamie Feinstein Jewelry Design with hand-fabricated scales or other custom components.

Victorinox and Classic SD are trademarks of Victorinox. Jamie Feinstein Jewelry Design is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Victorinox.

Pocket knives contain sharp tools and must be handled, stored, transported, and used responsibly. The purchaser assumes responsibility for safe and lawful possession and use.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s photographs, product designs, text, graphics, branding, and other original content belong to Jamie Feinstein Jewelry Design and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content or designs without written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, social-media platforms, and other websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third parties. Your use of their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
