de-Vision was created in the aftermath of personal betrayal and the discovery of a truth that divided life into before and after.

The title fractures the word division to reveal vision within it. It also suggests the undoing of vision: the loss of one understanding of the past, followed by the painful construction of another. Once something hidden has been seen, it cannot be made unseen.

The eye-shaped face represents that moment of recognition. A sculpted 14K yellow gold center forms its focal point, surrounded by a radiating pattern in sterling silver. Six lab-grown diamonds appear along the sides as tears—small records of grief, pain, and the emotional cost of clarity.

The piece does not attempt to offer easy resolution. Instead, it holds the contradiction between injury and awareness: the difficulty of seeing clearly when clarity hurts, and the necessity of looking toward the future anyway.

Individually fabricated in sterling silver, the ring is finished with fine linear texture and milgrain edging. Its substantial, architectural form gives it the presence of a contemporary signet ring while retaining the intimacy of a deeply personal object.
